we have been lazy to post anything lately, mainly because we’ve both just been really busy with work and figuring out our lives in LA. the weekends are good, but also get busy with day-to-day chores, exploring our new city, and just relaxing.
this is a little late, but…georgann came out to LA in october on her fall break from teaching pre-school. we were so happy she was able to come out for a visit to help us celebrate cam’s birthday. over the weekend we did a little relaxing, eating out and exploring more of LA. we went to Paradise Cove in beautiful Malibu for cameron’s birthday dinner on Saturday. the outdoor seating is literally on the beach so it was fun to sip our drinks, eat our food and celebrate cam’s birthday on the beach (especially in october!) Sunday we went to the counter for some delicious gourmet hamburgers (veggie burger for me!), in Marina del Rey, then to the Getty Center in LA for some art, culture and beautiful picture taking! after the Getty we headed to Santa Monica for some shopping and dinner on the 3rd Street Proaenade. as always the weekend was too short, but very fun. enjoy the pictures below!
